The grapes are carefully selected and fermented at controlled temperature between 22-24ºC in stainless steel tanks. This is a young wine that remains in oak barrels for a short time.
Smooth and fruity, ideal with tapas and modern cuisine, as well as to accompany all meats and mature cheeses.
On the nose it is reminiscent of red, violet and light toasted fruits with an intense flavor of black fruits such as blackcurrant. Smooth on the palate with ripe tannins.
