Description
The grapes are carefully selected and fermented at controlled temperature between 22-24ºC in stainless steel tanks. This is a young wine that remains in oak barrels for a short time.

Smooth and fruity, ideal with tapas and modern cuisine, as well as to accompany all meats and mature cheeses.
Tasting notes
On the nose it is reminiscent of red, violet and light toasted fruits with an intense flavor of black fruits such as blackcurrant. Smooth on the palate with ripe tannins.
Region
The name of Valdepeñas comes from the ancient city of the same name, situated in a sun-drenched river valley dotted with small rock formations – Val de peñas (Valley of the Rocks). Located south of Castilla-La Mancha in central Spain. The climate is dominated by extremes, with temperatures reaching 40ºC in summer and -10ºC in winter.
