Description

The Tempranillo grapes are harvested at dawn in early October. Cool night temperatures allow the grapes to retain their wonderful aromatic nature. Partially-fermented grape must in isobaric tanks where fine bubbles are naturally formed. When the wine-must come to 5.5 degrees of alcohol, it stops the fermentation.

Region

The Castilla-La Mancha area, located on the central plateau of the Iberian Peninsula, is the largest vineyard in the world. Varietal wines, sangrias and musts are produced in this great wine-growing area. Airén and Tempranillo are the most characteristic grapes of this area. Other non-native grape varieties such as cabernet sauvignon, syrah, merlot, viura, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, etc. They have excellent results due to the climatic and terrain conditions of this region.

Tasting Notes

Made with Tempranillo variety grapes using a natural process, we achieve a perfect balance of alcohol, acidity and sweetness, with aromas of strawberry and berries. Sweet and very refreshing due to the natural carbon content and its low alcohol content.
